After the bitterness of Last month's Summit,the European leaders seem to bear no grudges.Following the handshake  ,David Cameron and Niclos  
even managed to contact before the cameras . Inside there was agreement on boosting growth and measures to reduce unemployment of redtape for small businesses.But difference did emerge.Once again,over plans to place   debt inside the euro zone.The Chech republic joined the united kingdom in refusing to sign the so-called fisical compact.But some detected a softening in the British stands after wielding its veto last December .
Not so,said the Prime Miniser,the Uk will continue to ensure its interest  defected by the agreement. It isn't a Brussel's EU treaty,because I vetoed it , it doesn't exist.They had to make a treaty.I've signed the EU and obviously that preferred having it inside the EU which was what i've been already talking about trying to bring it back inside the EU.So your argue  the veto doesn't matter seems to me to be result .
we are not interested in it,we are not part of it , we are not b   ... we don't have to rectify,we don't take it to the British Parliment.That is what the veto secures you.But flash points clearly remain although Britain went
bar EU institutions like the European court of justice from enforcing the compact.it still has legal concerns. France doesn't.
stage by stage ,we will give legal form to the agreement we've reached.and in that agreement the European court of justice cannot cancel a budget.it could simply checked that the golden rule has been    as adopted by the individual states.
and .... belives the UK will eventually come to support the compact.we will use the opportunities we still have for this compact and withl the firm attention
that at the very least of the 5 years this will be translated into a formal EU treaty and that we are confident we will be able to do that.
Greece,the real   of this crisis,barely got mentioned.But plans to alter the
euro zone architecture are moving slowly and this time without the ranker.
