[Homework]【整理】2012-06-10&06-12 警方通过facebook找到迷路孩童父母
County police say a security guard it's Spring May resort out of 5 year old boy wandering on the pier Thursday looking for his family. Officers search the beach for his parents, couldn't fnid them and took the boys to win nearby precinct to get a cooler place where they could ask him some questions. And that's where police say a new investigative tool help them out---Facebook, using what little information the boy gave them to Texas found what they thought was his step mother's Facebook page. And, and then by picture recognition, we were able to determine that yes, it was, uh, his family that we found. So now they had his family 's name but no hotel. That's when E911 dispatchers got involved. The child said he was staying in a big building. So they called all the larger hotels in the area of the Spring area. Finally a phone call later and 6 hours after the boy was found, dispatchers track down his family at a caps over of resort, 9 blocks away from Spring May. Turns out the boy's father had recently remarried, the new family has 11 children and the dad, 47 years old Steven Steinman of Kingsport, Tennessee, told police he had just become aware his 5 year old was missing about 10 minutes before police showed up. Steinman is charged with unlawful neglect of a child. It's the kind of story that gives other parents nightmares.
