1. In New York, jail staff failed to follow protocols leading up to Jeffery Epstein's death according to a New York Time report. According to the report, Epstein should be checked on by guards in his cell in every 30 minutes, but that didn't happen the night of his death. Epstein was found dead Saturday morning in New York city's jail cell of an apparent suicide. The wealth financier was facing up to 45 years in prison on sex trafficking and conspiracy charges.

2. In Erie, Pennsylvania, authorities say 5 children were killed in a fire at a daycare overnight. It happened about 1 AM on Sunday. The fire department said the victims ranged from eight-month to seven years old. The woman who lives in the residence was also injured.

3. North Korea releasing phots of its leader Kim Jong un supervising a missile test. The images show an unspecified weapons system. This's not clear whether it's a ballistic missile or rocket artillery. The news comes a day after South Korea says the North tested another ballistic missile was landing in the sea of Japan.

4. And in Rome, residents were shocked to find broken windows and damaged roofs this weekend after airplane parts fell from the sky. Metal fragments like these scattered all around in the flight path of a Norwegian airlines jet on its way from Italy to Los Angeles on Saturday. Italy's flight safety agency is investigating. There were no reports of injuries.
