  There is a fresh ultimate ease the US-China trade war. Both countries have agreed to roll back from the serious  tariffs on the first day of the agreement between the two world's biggest economies.  The interim deal has yet to be finalized and the US President Donald Trump said again today China wants the engagement and agreement rather than he does.

Rescues have been dispatched to the region.  Charles Arithma also addresses Iran's earthquake history. Shoutler Quakesent cause more damage as  a deeper one to travel farther to the surface, losing energy along the way. Iran is on the nature size of its force and experience long quake a day on average but mostly are mild. In 2003, a 6.6 earthquake threatened the historic city of Bam, killing 26,000 people while Magnitude 7.1 struck west Iran in 2017, killing 600 people and injuring more than 9,000.   Iran Nuclear Agency has announced that it has resumed its Uranium enrichment at the country's underground photo site. It is another moveaway from Iran's 2015 6 Power Nuclear Deal. The agency says the enrichment began overnight and was witnessed by the official of United Nation's Watchdog agency.
  South Sudan President and country's chief rebel leader have met in Uganda and agreed to postpone formation of the unity government for another hundred days.  It is the first such a an liasion of South Sudan's peach process.   Some analysts say this witnessed postponement may not be long enough for two worrying sides to bridge their differences. Meanwhile, a world food program says nearly a million of South Sudan 11 million people have been affected by the devastating flood and urgently life-saving assistance.  MishShilane reports for VOA from Geneva. The government has declared the state of emergency in  Desao, the Greater Upper Nile and the Greater Equatorial states. It is appealing for an increasing international support help deal with this natural disaster, the worst in many years. The United Nations have reported a year's worst rain has fallen in a narrow of weeks in some areas washing away home and livestock.  Airstrip and roads are not usable and making many rural areas not accessible. The World Food Program says tens of thousands of people are homeless and living in temporarily shelters.  Before the rainfall, the World Food Program notes that 4 in one half million people in the country do not know where the next meal was coming from. MishShilane filed the report for VOA from Geneva.
  US Secretary Mike Pempeo was in Berlin to mark the fall of Berlin Wall to the days of authoritarian government and Russia invaded its neighbors and killed its political opponents.  This authoritarian was a stone thrown away twice but to be honest, it never runs away completely. Pompeo speaks in  Berlin's iconic Burgig.
