3.    Former Vice President Joe Biden has laid out a plan, and he says he would put in place to make sure people are safe as businesses reopen after cv shutdowns. More from NPR's XX in Philadelphia.

Biden wants to see the federal govt fund tests for all workers and make sure they have the protective gear needed to be safe at the workplace. He also wants to find 100,000 federal contact tracers. The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee says that's a contrast to the Trump adm which he says is offering broader safety guidance and is setting a bad example.

"He's going to have a rally, going to have a rally. And he doesn't wear a mask. He doesn't think it. I mean "come on"."

The President is holding his first campaign rally since early March in Oklahoma next week.
Biden's campaign has not provided the cost estimate for his supposed plan.

6.    With the November election less than half a year away, one major flash point is a key, in the key Trump stronghold state could be to hold up the jobless benefits for people out of work due to the cv. That's apparently turning up to be a big problem in Florida where hundreds of thousands of state residents are fuming over delaying receiving their checks, unclear though as how many of 2 million people out of work in Florida would bring that anger to the ballot box.

Bergamo is home to many export industries and it's believed the powerful business federation pressured to keep factories open. Regional officials of the Right-Wing League Party say it was up to the Rome govt to impose a red zone. The Center-Left Coalition says Lombardy could have ordered local lockdowns as many other regions did.
