NPR's A.R. reports the Whte House has been briefing members of congress about the use of dispute allegations reveal through news reports.      White House's press secretary Kelly M. says leaks to the media would make it more difficult to substantiate the claims. She accused quote rogue intelligence officer of leaking the information: to the anonymous sources who leak classify information you should know this: you may seek to undermine our president, but infact you undermine out country's safty and our country's security.       In 2018, the state's supreme court invalidated a school choice program because it allowed religious private school to receive scholarship money subsidized by state tax grants. The court said that violated the state constitution but in a five to four ruling, The U.S supreme court said that the decision discriminated on religious grants. Tim K. was the institute for justice which litigated the case on behave of three Montana families, says the decision impacts 36 states with similar constitutional pervasions. Fourteen of those who hibited religious education options in scholl choice program. he says the ruling prohibits states, in cluding Montana, from excluding religous options in those programs.


3.   Doctor Anthony Fauci warned today new cases of COVID-19 could double if Americans won't wear face masks and practice social distancing. He says new cases could climb 100,000 a day. The Chinese government is making an experimental vaccine available to members of its military. NPR's John M. has more:
      The Chinese bio-tech company C. for ? the agreement with the Chinese military, and the stock ? with the Honkong stock exchange. Allthough the vaccine has not yet been insure to prevent COVID-19, initial texts have shown that it is safe to administer, and induced the kind immune response should help some one fight off the virus. For now the vaccine can only be used for military personnel, the company says in its stock file that it cannot guarentee it will be able to successfully commercialized the vaccine.


4.   Wallstreet closed down the second quater with more gains. The Dow climb 217 points.


5.    After weeks of debat, European Union government have agreed on a list of 15 countris from which people will be allowed to travel to the blaocks starting tomorrow. From Brussels, T.S. reports ???, and why the U.S isn't on it:
      EU officials and governments have had an intensive agreements over who should be allowed to enter the block in this first round of external border relexation. The coutnries considered safe are Algeria, Austrilia, Canada, Geogia, Japan, Montenegro, Moraco, New Zealand, Rwanda,Serbia, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, E. and China once it allows EU nationals to visite there without restrictions. The U.S dosn't qualified presentily due to its high rate of coronavirus infections nationwide conpare to the EU average about 16 cases per 100,000 citizens. and the U.S trend si going up. In addition, the Trump's administration continues to ban EU travel. Reciprocity is another factor in whether a country gets approved.


6.   According to preliminary recouce, former marine pilot Amy M. nowly won the Demoncratic primary in Kentucky to face in a majority M.M. in the four. M. only favored they have been faced challege by black aggrassive Charles Booker.


7.   Mississippi's state flag, the last in the nation to include the confederal butter flag, is now retired. Governor T.R.  signed the resignation today to remove the flag which days to 1894. The ? ? commission to design a new one, which is to be submitted to the voters in November.
