1. President-elect Joe Biden is warning that cyber attacks on the us will lead to substantial costs for the countries that carries them odd. During the Biden transition weekly briefing executive director HHH said Biden’s incoming team has great concern over what it seems so far. “The president-elect also issued a warning to ever Shiias who attacks with militias cyber operations. That year the earth was 1.82 degrees Fahrenheit warmer than the 20 century average. The first 11 months of 2020 are within 270 degree of that target. Basically 2020 and 2016 are tied.

As NPR's SSDD reports, Biden's response to an alleged wide-spread government hacking operation by Russia is markedly different than how President Trump has handled the attack.
Cyber security experts say Russian operatives are likely responsible for abroad intrusion into federal government computer networks. During the Biden's transition weekly briefing, executive director Yohannes Abraham said Biden's incoming team has great concern over what it seems so far.
“The President-elect also issued a warning to adversaries who had attacked us with malicious cyber operations. There would be substantial costs, the administration will reserve the right to respond at a time and in a manner of our choosing, often in close coordination with our allies and partners. While I obviously ....to expect...our conscious issue to expect that President-elect has meant his word.”
President Trump has not said anything publicly about the attacks since the news first broke earlier this week.
