Washington State Governor Jay Inslee says after conversations with federal officials he's reassured that/ the delay is not due to a long term challenge with production. For NPR news I am XXX in Seattle.

3. Secretary of State Mike Pompig says Russia was pretty clearly behind a mass/massive cyber-attack that has hit government agencies. As NPR's hhh reports the claim marks a departure from the trump administration line.
Since news of the cyber-attack survey/surfaced last weekend the Trump administration had remained largely silent on Russia's suspected role. That changed Friday during Pompig's appearance in the Mark Levin Radio Show.
"This was a very significant effort, and I think /it's the case /that now we can say pretty clearly that it was the Russians that engaged in this activity."
Law makers from both parties have pushed Trump administration to take a tough/tougher line in Russia over the suspected cyber-attack. But Trump himself appears there are no plans to do so. Shortly after Pompig's comments the President contradicted him on tweeter. But/ Without evidences Trump suggested it may well have been China that orchestrated the attack. 信口开河没人性。
