Kucinich said he built transition out of the White House racing into a campaign for another term in Congress. Kucinich won just 1% of the vote in the New Hampshire primary. The six-term Ohio congressman faces a tough re-election campaign.

Britney Spears has another court date today unrelated to her ongoing child custody battle. This time, it's a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license. It stems from a Van Nuys California fender-bender last August. The parking lot collision was caught on camera. A hit-and-run charge against Spears was dismissed when she paid for the damage to the other car.
