另一个问题，可能是记者表述不明吧，给人感觉始终比较疑惑~~我又回去看了一下原文，这里共三段，第一段她说发布了1 trillion的救助方案；第二段，她说了960 billion，这里她用了meanwhile这个词，我觉得这是造成我疑惑的根源，如果没有meanwhil，我一定觉得这就是同一笔救助，但是我的理解中，meanwhil一般用于 连接两个同时并行的东东；第三段，解释了这个救助package的组成。原文附下：

The European Union and the International Monetary Fund put up nearly one trillion dollars Monday to contain a debt crisis and stabilize the Euro currency. The rescue package was endorsed early Monday by EU finance ministers. This sparked a surge in European and US stock prices after last week's losses. 这里是说oysters随洋流退去了，snapshot作“等待，期待”的意思吧？（再听一遍，又觉得这句意思可能是，oysters随洋流平缓移动，但是现在只能是水月镜花，可望不可即了）

snapshot 本意是快照，此处代指fond memories
off the line 此处指 off the production line，前面讲的那家牡蛎加工厂已经停工，最后一批产品供应给了某家餐馆
