"get the hell out" means "get out," "the hell" is intensifier; for instance, "what the hell are you doing?" means "what are you doing?" or "who the hell are you?" means "who are you?" It's a very common phrase nativespeakers use.

拉登不在就马上走啊..the hell强调急切性..之前观察到拉登在里面,那如果到了不在的话那就证明这是个假象,就会被set up了,很有可能是个陷阱..看电视电影看多了就知道了.
