floor 是一种形象化的说法。比如：The floor is open to panel discussion. (小组讨论)   现在进入小组讨论。

 

还有一个词组open floor to 比如：

Thank you, lets open the floor to questions.

谢谢。接下来把时间开放给现场听众发问。

 

Why don't we just all have the floor open to everybody else,huh?

为什么不给大家多一点发言权呢?
