关于希拉里那段a ministerial level meeting was announced as likely in the coming months其中as likely什么意思？还有关于苏丹人道主义那段Thirteen non-governmental agencies had their licenses revoked this week，不是意思不理解，而是他们为什么要吧licenses注销啊？Zimbabwe's Supreme Court has ordered that a senior opposition official be kept in custody until a date is set for his trial on terrorism and weapons charges？这句话什么意思啊？

 1. as likely 不是连在一起的， ...sth as likely... 很可能.. 这句话的意思应该是“希拉里宣布在未来几月里将可能举行一部长级会晤”

 

2. 因为国际刑事法庭发出了逮捕令，要逮捕苏丹总统，所以很多人都认为赶走这些aid agencies是苏丹政府的报复行为

的确像是terrorist的音，不过CNN口语化较重，所以可能是口误呃

我用的sitman听cnn，因为听力差， 我不可能一次听一大段cnn的内容，所以需要经常一小段一小段的听写，但是我用f2和f3快捷键的时候经常出现问题，就是有一小部分内容读不出来，不知道其它听友遇见没有，你们是用什么工具，是怎么解决的呢？
