   偶只知道在软件里面，premium version被翻译成“白金版”或“加强版”，就是极好极好那种版本。这个地方可能就是指最好的吧。个人意见哈

我觉得这个版的整理稿很少哦！！或者就很慢～或者就没有整理稿～～ 这样会打击做听力的筒子的积极性的～有一次我好不容易听完一篇～等了一个月都没有整理稿～～～

First, the phrase "The luck of the Irish" means good luck.

 

People use it when a person of Irish descent inexplicably beats the odds. (=it was not likely to succeed, but it did) The origin of this idiom might come from the idea that the Irish people have suffered so many misfortunes that it's a miracle whenever something comes out right for them, and it can only be explained by being blessed with an inherited form of good luck.

 

Here, "The luck of the Irish" also refers to good luck. Becaue the 2 host ask Willie for sth filthy, and, to their surprise, Willie does find one (that is the news clip of the thong and unperpants...,quote, "dirty, filthy").

 

Besides, Mr. W probably is not an Irish man, that's probably why the anchor comes up with the saying that "though you are not an Irish man..."

惭愧，那个following case 是偶改的，刚开始没想到有IRA, 还以为是I&A一个管理机构，以为就是跟踪调查的意思了。如果是IRA的话，当然不能这么解释了，也许可以理解为：那些有下述情况，即拥有投资退休帐户的人
