我是新手.我想问下听写的时候应该怎么做?断断停停吗?有些单词都没有学过.我初三.我想练听力.

还有如果学语感的话去哪个板块学.就是跟读那种.或者版主有更好的方法?

因为受单词量限制的影响，您在听写过程中可能会遇到许多困难，这需要您花上比较多的时间。如果时间充裕，可以尝试着听写。（写得如何不要紧）

如何听写，每个人的习惯不一样。听一小部分，写一小部分，是可以的。（您所说的“断断停停”）

刚开始时，用跟读来培养语感是个很不错的方法。您可以试试下载已经提供文本的REPORT，参照着文本跟读，可能会对您有帮助。（也可以积累生词量。）

1.这次与前几次运动会的情况不同。
2.head：领导，前往。 http://dict.cn/head.htm
dog：尾随,跟踪。个人认为除了追踪，可能还有总是，一直被纠缠的意思。http://dict.cn/dogged.htm
这句的大概意思是（不是准确的翻译）：奥斯瓦德领导了2004年雅典奥运会的准备工作，那次工作总是被耽搁，人们总有场馆不能按时建成的担心。

赐教不敢当。关于词汇的应用问题，我觉得还是多阅读，疑惑的词查下字典，积累一些常见词汇的生僻意义，可能对理解句子有些帮助。

“The Election Commission of South Africa is proud to declare the 2009 national and provincial election is free and fair”这句中的“election is”。前面提到的是“Wednesday’s national and provincial elections.”， 这里不应该也是复数elections吗--declare sth. adj.?

Declare 的用法其中之一是：Cn.a指的是：complex transitive verb+noun+adjective.
Declare+the 2009 national and provincial elections+free and fair.

例如： I declared+the meeting+closed.
