My friend, a tour guide, pass me the inside track on great local food, Cantonese cooking is all about freshness, right, so therefore, Cantonese *keep mild taste,so this is swimming 10minutes ago, right,you know it is fresh, the taste is by mouth ,because we want it taste fresh . One thing very important among Chinese cuisine is the food has its taste we bring the taste out ,the food hasn’t has it taste,
we bring the flavor in. well this has got a lot of taste, it is , I mean it is really gorgeous,that is why that you always specially come to Sai Kung just for the fresh seafood. I want to move to Sai Kung. my kind of town in Sai Kung.
Another great day trip is an excursion to one of Hong Kong’s many outline islands and the Lantau Island is the top of that list. An hour long ferry ride takes to this large mountainous island filled with rocktive scenery, interesting sites. The ferry docks in Silver Mine Bay. We can rent a bicycle for a few dollars and set off on the flat roads through the town. Here you’ll get a slice of traditional Chinese village life with crops growing in fields and locals enjoying a game of Majiang. Lantau Island is twice the size of Hong Kong Island and yet it’s largely undeveloped.
