The incident involved shooting on a dancing on a bridge in ___ on September fourth, 2005. Two people were killed, including a 40-year-old disabled man shot in back, and four others were injured. The police and civilians each claimed the others opened fire and provoked. The federal judges stated that Lohman went to scene of shooting after the gunfire, saw the civilians had no weapons and provided false misleading information to ensure the police shooting would be justified and the officers would not be prosecuted. For the first time a top Russian official’s suggesting that Russia may delay selling weapon systems to Iran for fear of distablizing the Middle East. __ NPR __ in Moscow.
Russia signed a contract more than three years ago to supply Iran with so-called X300 defense missles. The US and Israel had angry about this sale as the missles in theory could help Iran ward off pre___ attack on its nuclear sites. Russia has insisted that it will honor the contract and delivered the weapon and there was just a delay due to the last minute technical problems. But now Russian foreign minister ____ is sending a different message. Vice president Dick Cheney is back home a few days after suffering a heartattack. He was hospitalized Monday after complaining of chest pain. Doctors later determined the attack was mild.
