It came closer on February, but March is the first month in a long time the jobs were actually added to the economy. 162,000 jobs were added in the month of March while the unemployment rate held steady at 9.7%.

After two years of job losses, it appears that March is the turning point. But does a one month's upswing mean a permanent turn around for the nearly 16 million seeking work? Not necessarily!
