But William Hague said it wouldn't be possible to set any kind of date.
NATO says insurgents have attacked its main military base in southern Afghanastan. A NATO spokesman told the BBC that Kandaha air field have come on a rocket multi-fire. He said several NATO personnel have been wounded. But the attack is now over. On Wedesday the coalition main military base background near Kabul was attacked by militants.
