well, you have to change it, because it's all of about re-branding and then you have milk sales suddenly declining, so they have to come up with something new. But it's crazy to think these 2 words got milk could have such an impact on America pop culture, obviously we all remember those ads of beautiful women backing in early 90s with a milk mustache around their lips, X is one of them, also David Beckham,he was feature as well, also X John, With that types of celebrities that was used very widely ,H including too, X. But the idea of the campaign was really push people, hey listen you know successful cool people, celebrities are drinking milk, you should too. but as I mentioned milk sales was steadily declining, so they have to come up with something new,the new campaign is referred to milk life,so let 's less focus on celebrities more on nutritional content, focusing on the protein of milk. less about it's celebrities.the idea is that really will help milk sales pick up.
Wait, you said Milk Life? ??
Milk Life. Yeah, that’s it.
OK, I’m just ?. As we talk milk, you know the price of milk going up across the country.
Yeah exactly, let me just show you what milk prices are right now, they current stand at 3 dollars 25 cents a gallon, They've been spiking steadily since back in September when they were 3 dollars and 42 cents a gallon, So a couple of factors are going to this, fist of all, demand ,as people make more money, they tend to spend more in grocery store, and i know this is demand percent push prices, also another factor is kind of link as well,it;s really export, milk , milk is being exported, More and more dairy products are being exported, Exports are hitting all-time high. That is actually, obviously affecting demand, which pushes prices high again, and then a then there's a wild cause, with the drought in California, Obviously, the cows need water and ?. Obviously, we have a drought, and that might actually impact milk prices later down the line. |
