You are about to meet the “Go to Fitness and the health whiz who transforms the bodies of some Hollywood’s most sizzling stars. GMA special correspondent Melissa Rycroft found out just how she does it.

She's the secret weapon behind Jennifer Aniston and Kate Beckinsale’s hot bods.

“I try to work with people on a daily basis so that they are always pretty much in red carpet shape.”

And now Mandy Ingber, the fitness health guru that tutors tons of hottest stars is revealing her treasure chest of fitness secrets and tips. First tip, H2O.

“Number one is Hydration. When you drink more water, you actually burn more calories. The goal is really to drink half your body's weight in ounces. So if you're, you know, like 150 pounds, drinking 75 ounces of water. So you don't need that much water, actually. You're tiny.”

“She’s so sweet. I like her already.”

Second tip, healthy choices.

“I do encourage people to eat protein to fuel their muscles. I prefer plant-based protein.”
The third tip, a surprise to me -- meditation.

“You only need to do it for five minutes in the morning and five minutes in the afternoon to ground you.”

Fourth tip, yoga.

“Yoga to energize or to wind down. So anything that is a backbend, or you are opening up your chest, is an energizer. It's like having a couple of coffee, right? And anything we are in a forward bend is like a tranquilizer, like a sleeping pill.”

And lastly, variety is the spice of exercising.

“You want to incorporate other activities into your practice and into your work out routines, and this is all in my app. I have a Yogalosophy app that’s coming out. There's a different cardio activity each day, different recipe each day.  Like what I do with Jennifer Aniston is that I will incorporate, you know, 20 to 30 minutes of cardio activity and then more practice yoga.”

“So that's what Jennifer does?”
