You see we are in the hop room now. These are hops pellets  you can see right now what s hop looks like. We use it.
The Sierre Nevada brewery produces 750 barrels per year.
Since we really focus and feature hops and beer, hops are the most critical ingredient for us.
In fact, they grow 3 acres of their own hops. We have been growing our hops at the brewery for the last 4 years.
