I think you have to be born with a work to explain, go a certain standard, I think it is parent you could you can encourage your children to work hard, but I think really it is like a talent after you have to be born to good work and I think how kid are, you know, they work hard at school, brookly, eroa he had a job in a coffee shop, 10 minites down the road from we live in London, minimum wage job, he had that job for last two and half three years, he works every sunday and saturday and he never complain about it, he gets up in the morming, he goes for work, he does not earn much money, but he is happy to do it, and he feels he think he is earning many. I think it is very important, and a lot of people suprise that our kid do that kind of things, because I think it is important that we did, david and me because that we did ourself, when we were growing up and I think it is really important.
