With highest leave vote in the country, this is Britain’s Brexit capital.
//, free //
And the people of Boston know why.
Immigration.
Emigration.
Emigration, definitely.
Immigration.
For immigration.
Those views are hardly a surprise on last count of 13 percent of people living in this town of foreign abroad. Last year, more foreigners came here than left, then some businesses 95% of the work force are  Europeans. When somebody tell me this town has become unrecognizable, many of the migrants are now vital parts of our communities. They work in MHS, in our shops, in our fields. So what happens if they leave?
Here is the European, European market shop center.
Here are west street the mystery culture is playing to see. But //the community leader says since Brexit many EU residents are thinking of moving out of the UK.
There are roughly about 30 % European people are living and working in Boston area. And they hang on in the shops as we are liking in the West streets // to have more10 shops that means if people leave their EU shops one by one will be closing down as well.
The // is one of the areas which could be seriously impact of the EU migrants’ leave. 339 work for the trust of runs of the hospital while 25 European doctors were brought over to make up for lack of local GPs. You see this county much like the UK is frequently faced with staff shortages. Union say it needs an extra  300 nurses and midwives alone and EU workers are indispensable.
Well, reality it is 33000 EU nurses currently are working cross and //the UK and 330 out work in this particlular organization. I don’t think any organization could sustain such a huge loss in one hit and cope it and so on. I don’t think they would cooperate with the // and //
But in the fields surrounding Boston and cross the Linconshere that you see the real impact of  EU migrants, whereas a few hundred employed in the hospitals is estimated to 20,000-30,000 work in agriculture. // has been selling flowers for more than 30 years and over 2 of her staff are European. She said, she can’t rely on British labor.
So basically they just don’t want to. We lost the work ethic and of people wanting this sort of work.
What would happen then if your EU workers are just decided to leave if Brexit all and they have to go.
We would finish virtually organized as would many other industries in this area.
But back in town many take a different view and sees Brexit as an opportunity for locals.
Basically, the British system would be there. This would entail more businesses, recruiting from locals.
Why aren't British people whoare currently unemployed them doing their jobs?
They could be lazy. That’s playing battles at home. And because i think all the people here would get through it.
Why would they have to change?
No, no. They don’t have to change. Because the job would be vacant.and they would have no excuse.
It may have had the highest leave vote but in reality, it will be several years until we know the true and impact of that decision. Who would take home with the shops that the Europeans go. Who will fill those jobs. Whatever happens is highly likely that the communities like this one we should have been so transformed by a closer ties to Europe. Or also be the most changed when that’s settled.
// sky news in Boston.
