Japan says it plans to restart commercial hunts forwhales in July of 2019. Japan's Chief Cabinet Secretary, Yoshihide Suga, made the announcement on Wensday. He also said that his country would withdraw from the International Whaling Commission. The international agency base in Britain was set up to provide for the protection of whales and they orderly development of Whaling Industry. Suga said the Japan will restart the commercial whaling in keepingwith Japan's basic policy of promoting sustainable use of sea life based onscientific evidence. He added that Japan is unhappy with the commission. IWC isbased on a trading designed to represent both enviromental concerns and whalingnations. But he said enviromentalists have the most influence. The Chief Cabinet Secretary also announced that Japanese cruise would no longer go to the Antarctic and Northern Pacific Oceans to hunt whales as they did in the past.  Instead he said Japanese whale hunts will be limited to the countries territorial waters and exclusive economic zone. That area extends 323kilometers from the coast of the island nation. Japan's fishery agency said it planed to permit to catch 3 kinds of whales *** MK, Sea whales & ***whales. It's said that numbers of species have recovered enough to permit whaling. The IWC ordered the banon commercial whaling over 30 years ago. The move thought to increase theanimals numbers in the world oceans. Japan continued whaling for scientificresearch under IWC rules. Enviromentalists criticized the hunts saying they were commercial. Because whale meat were sold in Japan. Japanese officials saythe country will remain as an observer to the IWC and will take part in thegroups scientific meeting and conferences. The enviromental group, Green Peace,disputed Japan's position that whales numbers had recovered. TheAustralia government said it was extremely disappointed about Japan's decisionto withdraw from IWC.  However Australia and NewZealands foreign minister* Peters welcome Japan's hunt to Antarctic whaling.  In 2014 Japan cut back on whale hunting after the international called a justice road againstit's Antarctic whale hunting program.

Japan currently hunts about 600 whales each year in the Antarctic Ocean. Suga said Japan would officially inform the IWC of its decision by the end of 2018.
