6.   A former military chief in the U.S has warned that a potential damage the pandemic is likely to do to nuclear arm control talk. Admiral Mike Mullen said the tension of China's handling of the outbreak meant it all be impossible to bring Beijing into discussion soon.


7.   The Swedish city of Lund is trying to discourage people from gathering for a famous festival durng the pandemic by tipping a ton of chiken manure over its main park. Offical celebrations for the festival have been canceled across Sweden. The city's mayor said at least the manure would be good for the grass.
