不过我在npr官网上找到了这个national broadcast,不知道是不是就是每天发的,听着挺像:

没特别留意耶,我上面链接末尾的"=10"就是指美帝那边10点的新闻吗?我听写了大半了 如果是要8点的 我也木有时光机回去下载呃

但我链接的内容明显跟4楼的是不一样的
----北京时间13点,问题仍未修复。看了下前两天的NPR,以及隔壁家的BBC和VOA都一样,音频不能下载,在线听写提示“Error Loading MP3 File”,看来是整个网站的问题。但BBC有几个人做了听写作业,不知道他们怎么做的,还是说这问题是地域性的?我IP广州电信----

我把我自己下载的音频听写完了,估计等不来网站修复了,起码算是给了自己一个交待吧

A Food & Drug Administration Advisory Committee is recommendingthe agency authorize a 2nd vaccine for Covid-19. The votes were 20:0with 1 abstention. Here’s NPR’s Richard Harris. The same committee thatrecommended the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine last week is also in favor of a closelyrelated product produced by Moderna. The vaccines both use genetic materialsthat guides the immune system to produce antibody that protect people againstthe coronavirus. Both vaccines are apparently safe and highly effective. Pfizer’svaccine started shipping out Monday. Moderna has 20 million doses of its vaccinesready to go out by the end of the year. If the FDA follows this recommendation,some of that supply could ship out days later. The FDA doesn’t have to followthe recommendation from its advisory committees, but it usually does. The FDAcould act quickly to give this 2nd vaccine a thumbs-up. RichardHarris, NPR news.

Congressional negotiators said they’removing closer to finalizing a 900 billion dollars coronavirus relief measures.Lawmakers are rushing to seal the deal that would deliver additional help to businesses and theunemployed including a 600 dollars payment to most Americans. On the business side,its reported the new package providessubsidies for companies
hard-hit by thepandemic. Measures expected also contain funding for schools, additional joblessbenefits for millions whose benefits expire at the end of the month, and moneyto distribute new vaccines.


As the explosion of Covid-19 cases continues in California, LosAngeles hospitals are rapidly running out of intensive care beds. Memberstation KPCC Jackie Fortier reports, some hospitalized uses are now completelyfull. More that 5,000 people are hospitalized with coronavirus in LA, with hundredsmore added each day. “We have no ICU beds. We’re just continuously 24 hours aday scrambling to move patients around. The flood just continues.” Brad Spellberg,chief medical officer of LA County UFC Medical Center, one of LA’s largesthospitals, says his facilities is in surge mode. “We’re the safety net. That isthe point. The safety net itself has stretched its limit.” Spellburg sayswithin the next week, his exhausted staffs would be forced to treat even morepatients than they have been. Health officials estimate that 1 in every 80 peoplein LA has transmittable Covid. For NPR news, I’m Jackie Fortier, in LosAngeles.

Cyber security officials around the world are expressing concernsabout a sweeping intrusion in the computer system which experts believed was carriedout by Russia. The Cyber Union * Department ofHomeland Security says the hack posts “a grave risk” to the federal government,and state, local, tribal and territorial governments as well as critical infrastructureentities and other private sector organizations. State mostdetails yet since reports begin emerging in government agencies includingthe Treasury & Commerce Departments, among those whose security had been hacked.

Home Depot will pay more than 20 million dollars as penalty for violatingfederal protection from lead dust and paint chips during home renovation.Member station WABE in Atlanta *** reports,this is the highest civil pounding today, underthe Toxic Substances Control Act. The US Environmental Protection Agency says HomeDepot sent uncertified contractors to work in older homes. ***. The Agency found Home Depot subcontracted work tofirms that did not use lead-safe practices. Contractors hired for most work inhomes built before 1978 must be certified and trained to work with the toxic olderpaint. EPA officials say the settlement will deter other companies from engagingin practices that significantly increase children’s exposure to lead hazards.Home Depot is not responded to WABE’s request for comments. Authorities say they’ve arrested and charged 21 people in connectionwith what they contented was a “massive drugtrafficking ring”. They focus on North Carolina Colleges. Authorities say thosecharged are members of *** North Carolina friendshipschools
or part of the organization.They’ve found more than a half a ton of marijuana, several hundred kilograms ofcocaine and significant quantity of other drugs on the campuses of UNC, ChapelHill, Duke University, Appalachian State University. Authorities say most ofthe suspects are in their mid-20s, just not sure how many were students or arecurrently students.


Crude oil futures prices closed up 54 cents a barrel at $48.36 abarrel in New York.

A government advisory panel has endorsed a second coronavirus vaccine for emergency use. The move is paying the way for the FDA to add the shot to the US vaccination campaign. The latest vaccine comes from Moderna which the 20-member panel agreed by unanimous vote. The benefits outweigh any race. Doctor XX, deputy director of the envisional vaccines and   related products applications at the Food and Drug Administration.
  "We have reviewed extensive manufacturing information for this EUA request and do see all confident that we have enough information to justify issuing an EUA."
  Moderna's vaccine is like to win develop by rival Pfizer requires two shots, but it's not apparently have to be kept in the same extreme cold temperature as the Pfizer vaccine. Another vaccine is needed for the US Covid-19 death toll now nearing 310,000.

President-elect Joe Biden says he'll nominate New Mexico Congress woman Deb Haaland to lead the Department of the Interior. NPR's XX reports, she would be the first native American to lead the agency that manages roughly a fifth of US lands and the country's relationship with native tribes.
  In an interview with NPR before her nomination, Haaland made clear what her priority would be as Interior Secretary.
  "Climate change is the challenge of our lifetime. And it's imperative that we invested an equitable, renewable energy economy."
  That is called the state's goal of the incoming Biden administration which is to greatly reduce the country's dependence on climate warming fossil fuels. If confirmed as Interior Secretary, Haaland would play a vital role in achieving that aim. Roughly a quarter of all the US' greenhouse gas emissions come from public lands.

Calls for European leaders and officials have rushed to self-quarantine after President Emmanuel Macoron tested positive for the coronavirus. NPR's XX reports, Macoron was busy this week, lunching with the Spanish Prime Minister, meeting with Portugal's leader and top EU officials.
  The French President who's only 42 and in good shape is said to have only mild symptoms. World leaders rushed to wish Macoron has a speedy recovery.
  "Sorry to hear my friend has tested positive" twitted British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, leaving aside tensions over Brexit.
  Outside a pharmacy ... lined up to get tested, XX says this is like when the American and British leaders got the virus.
  "I think people thought it was ironic when the Trump and British Johnson got Covid because they were so dismissive of Covid from the beginning, as it supposed to Macoron."
  Who she says has been strait forward and consulted the experts.

The Northeast is digging out of the season's first major snow storm that left as much as two feet of snow in some parts of New York State. NPR's XX reports, the winter weather has not stopped the distribution of Covid-19 vaccines.
  New York Governor Andrew Cuomo says the vaccines are still arriving by plane and delivery trucks.
  "There is no significant disruption in places where we need to supplement the transportation with 4-wheel-drive vehicles, heavy equipment, we're doing that."
  So, the Governor has declared a state of emergency in more than a dozen counties in New York because of the snow storm. Cuomo says the Finger Lakes region between Sircuse.... and Rochester is also dealing with a significant spike in number of people entering hospital because of the coronavirus. Cuomo is urging the publics to continue wearing masks and social distancing.

The State of Florida will have wider authority over its wetlands under terms of action granted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the EPA, the move is long-sought by developers removing key layers of federal scrutiny over projects. It .... easier for builders to obtain permits in wetland areas. The changes come under immediate criticism from environmentalists though who have vowed legal challenges arguing sense.... of the areas are now on risk. Around a fifth of the country's wetlands are located in Florida. The move to shift authority over to the state comes just weeks before President-elect Joe Biden is due to be swearing in.
