Researchers say counties with lower vaccination rates had more older adults living alone and in poverty, and without access to a computer or the internet. A Georgia man accused of killing 8 people in the March shooting at several Atlanta spas has been indicted on murder charges. A metro Atlanta district attorney also filed notice she’s seeking death penalty against 21 year old Robert Aaron Long, who also faced hate crime charges, 6 of the victims were women of Asian descent, member station WABE in Atlanta Lily reports.

Long initially told investigators his motive was lashing out a business he viewed as a temptation for his sex addiction, that statement sparked outrage across Atlanta’s Asian American and Pacific Islander community. In a court filing, Fulton district attorney Fani Willis said Long targeted the last 4 victims, all of whom were women of Asian descent, because of their race, national origin, sex and gender. The indictment only covers the killings in Atlanta. Long has already been charged with murder in north Atlanta’s Cherokee County, where 4 other people were killed at another spa. Police say Long drove about 30 miles between the attacks.
