We’ve seen settlements in Scotland and Wales which prove they can’t be done on *. The Westminster government has been in transigent. And people I think are increasingly worried about this is part of a bigger round agenda to undermine our NHS. And I think the NHS is one of the most cherished institutions in Britain today. The public * they want to see staff rewarded fairly. And I think a lot of people feel very worried that when it comes to pay for few bodies. The recommendation of the one dealing with MPs pay is respected but not for * *, ambulance workers and many of the low-paid staff. I think there has been thousands of people in the NHS who is earning less than the living wage. That can’t be right.

We've seen settlements in Scotland and Wales, which proves it can be done. I'm afraid it's Westminster government that's been intransigent, and people, I think, are increasingly worried that this is part of a bigger round of agenda to undermine our NHS. And I think that NHS is one of the most cherished institutions in Britain today. The public don't want it. They want to see staff rewarded fairly. And I think a lot of people feel very worried that when it comes to pay review bodies. The recommendations of the one feeling without peace pay is respected, but not for nurses, midwives, ambulance workers and many of the low-pay staff. Let's no forget we've got thousands of people in the NHS, who're earning less than the living wage. That can't be right.
