提高英语听力能力 找对方法很重要!
HW:

They are the generation that is standing still while the world moves on without them. Young people out of education and out of work struggling to get jobs because they lack experience. At the moment, I wasn’t up to anything because it’s just so hard to get into jobs so you just got what you’ve been given. No, I didn’t get any jobs given, just I wish. How does that make you feel? Not very upbeat. Personally, I have trouble because a lot of people didn’t do so well at school. It’s getting harder and harder every day.

The government believes a work experience program is the way to break the benefit cycle. This employment agency already focuses on finding meaningful placements getting young people experience so that they can get into the job ladder.

Their problems are lack of experience, lack of current work experience, personal * references that can stand off when they apply for jobs also to how to apply for jobs. A lot of youngers may * might not finish school might be * for careers development and guidance they needed.

In the sound way area the current economic climate is challenging. Many employers have tightened their belts during the recession and scaled back on recruitment. This firm of butchers operates 16 shops across the west Midlands, but they recently recruited a batch of trainees and staff here say they are all opportunities for young people it’s just a matter of looking high enough.

To be honest, if you are willing to work when you’ve got the right opportunities I think you can you know you can get many things and that’s what most employers are looking for. More than a quarter of a million under 16 are growing up In homes where nobody has ever worked. Ministers have described this as a taking time bomb defusing it could be the biggest job of all, but we will go some way to getting Britain’s employed youth moving once more.
Life is full of hopes!
