[Homework]【整理】2012-01-01&01-07 灵感从何而来? (1/2)

For the past five years, I've been investigating this question where good ideas come from? It's a kind of problem that I think all of us are intrinsically interested in them  we want to be more creative; we want to come up with better ideas; we want our organizations to be more innovative.I look at this problem from the environmental perspective. what other species that have historically creativity and innovation
When I found in all these systems, there are these current patterns that you see again and again. they are crucial to creating the environment that's unusally innovative.
One pattern I call this slow hunch. The breakthrough of ideas almost never come in a moment of great insight, in a sudden stroke of inspiration. Most important ideas  take a long time to evolve and it spend a long time adornment in the background. It's until the idea has two or three years, sometimes ten or twenty years to make sure that it suddenly becomes successful to you, and useful to you in a certain way.
And this is partially because good ideas normally come from the collation from the small hunches, so they form something bigger than themselves. so you see a lot in the history of innovation, cases someone who has had an idea.
This great story about the invention of the world wide web Burners Lee. This is a project that Burners Lee worked on for ten years. When he started it, he didn't have a full vision for this new medium  he was going to invent. He started working on one project and a side project and help organizers on data. He scraped that for a couple of years and he started working on another thing.
And only after about ten years before the full vision of the world wide web come into being. That is more ofen than not how  ideas happen. They need time to incubate and they spend a lot of time in this partial hunch for.
