[Homework]【整理】2012-01-01&01-07 灵感从何而来? (1/2)

for the past five years,i've been investigating this question of where good ideas come from. it's a king of problem my think all of us are intrinsincally interested in them. we wannna be more creative ,we wanna come up with better ideas,we wanna our organizations to be more innovate.i've look this problem from a environmental perspective.what are the spaces that have historically -led to usual rates of creative innovation? what i've found in all these systems there is recuring patterns that you see again and again that are - to creating in the environment set on unusual innovate.on pattern i called the slow-, the breakthrough ideas almost never come in moment of great insight and suddern stroke of inspiration. most important ideas take a long time to evolve and spend a long time dorment in the background. it isn't until the ideas that -years sometiems ten or twenty years to mature that is suddenly become a successful to you and useful to you in a  certain way. and this is - because good ideas normally come from the collision between smaller -, so the day form a bigger than themselves.so you see a lot in the history - ,cases of someone who else have enough of idea. it's a great story about the invention of  world wide web and tim burners lee, this is a project that burners lee worked on it for ten years, but when he started, he didn't have a full vision of this new media he was going to invent,he started working on one project as a  project to  help organize his own data. he - for a couple of years and he started working on another thing. and only after about ten years the full vision of world wide web come into being. that is more often than not how ideas happen.they need time to - and they spent a lot of time in this partial hunch form.
