提高英语听力能力 找对方法很重要!
HOMEWORK  2012-01-01&01-07 灵感从何而来?
For the past five years ,I've been investigating a question where good ideas come from. It's a kind of problem I think all of us are intrinsically interested. We want to be more creative we  want come up  better ideas, we want organizations more effective,I look this problem from environmental perspective, what are the spaces that historically that led to unusual rates creativity innovation. What I found in all these systems, there's these occurring pattern you see  again and again and there is a crucial to creating environments that are usual innovative.
One pattern I called slow hunch, the breakthrough idea almost never come in the moment of great insight in a suddenly stroke of inspiration. Most import ideas take long time to evolve and they spend a long time dormant at the background. It isn't until ideas that has had two or three years, sometimes take 10 or 20 years to mature ,it suddenly become successful to you, useful to you in a certain way. And this is partial, because good ideas normally come from collision between smaller hunches. So that they form something bigger than themselves.
So you see a lot in a history innovation ,cases of someone who has half an idea. It's great story about the invention of world wide web and Tim Berners-Lee,this is a project that Berners-Lee worked on  for ten years. But when he started,he didn't have full vision of this new medium he was going to invent. He started working for one project as side project to help organize his own data.
He scrapped that after couple of years, and he started working on another thing. And only after about ten years did the world wide web come into being. That is ,more often than not,how ideas happen, they need time to incubate, they spend a lot time in this partial hunch form.
