For the past five years, I have investigating this question of where good ideas coming from .
It's a kind of problem I think all of us can be interested, who want to be more creative , who want to come up with better ideas, who want our organiztions to be more innovative. I've looked at this problem from an environmental perspective. What are the spaces that have historically led to unusual rates of creativity and innovation.
When I found in all the systems there are the current patterns that you see again and again that are crucial to creating environments that are usually innovative.
One pattern , I called a slow hunch. The brif through almost never come in the moment of great inside in a sudden stroke of inspiration. Most important ideas take a long time to evolve and they spend a long time dorment in the background. It's untill the ideas had two or three years, sometimes ten or twenty years to ensure that it suddenly becomes successful and useful to you in a certain way.
And this is partially because good ideas normally comes from the clossion between small and hanches that they inform something bigger than themselves. See you see a lot in the history of innovation, cases of someone who has half of the idea. This is a great story about the invention of world wide web and sleve.
This is a project that bunersly worked on for ten years. But when you started , it didn't have a full vision for those new medium kind of event. It started working on one project as a side project help organnied on data describe that after couple years and it started working on another thing.
Not only after ten years about to the full vision of the world wide web coming to being. That is more often than how our idea happen. They need time to indebate to spend a lot of time in this partial hunch form. 此文本由普特英语在线文本比较工具(http://home.putclub.com/tools/find)自动生成
