提高英语听力能力 找对方法很重要!
for the last 15 years,  xxx struggled to get a good night sleep. she used to take sleeping pills that she bought over the counter from the chemist. but they didn't work for long, her anxiety about becoming dependent xxx just made her insomina worse. she now uses an on-line sleep programme that works for her and would never go back to medication.

"i was in despair really, having taken pills and knowing i shouldnt be putting chemicals in my body, i thought seriously of a suicide, to be honest, because i couldnt see how i could drag on all my life while i was  "

xxx are now warning insomina sufferers about the dangers of treating  sleep problems themselves. According to a new survey, 30% of people with insomnia have taken sleeping remedies for longer than a month without getting any medical advice. 14% of them have taken for longer than 6 month and 18% have no idea how long they xx medication,

"if you have a lont-term sleeping problem, if it lasts longer than months, for the mojority of those cases, that's possibly  underline medical condition, and that could be a mental health problem, like depression,  or might even be a physical sympotum, like asthma, so we like people to talk to their xx and get some really good advice about what the underline  condition might be.  "

sleeping pills treat the sympotums but not the cause. xxx says in urgent that one in three people who suffer from insomnia to seek help and only use pills as the last result.
