[Homework]2015-08-17&08-19 纽约爆发致命军团菌病

To a health scare here in New York city. Teams of inspectors fending out on rooftops today searching for the traces of Legionnaires' disease in cooling towers. The mayor says the number of cases is tapering off, but vigilance is still warranted.
More than two hundred health workers methodically testing buildings for a dangerous bacteria that sparked the city's deadliest outbreak of Legionnaires' disease.
We lost ten people in the midst of this outbreak. And our hearts go out to the families.
The mayor now saying 108 people have been infected since the outbreak began last month, but also says the outbreak is tapering off.
Some of the cooling towers that have been sampled in New York city have tested positive for Legionnaires, but not all of them have been tested.
Officials testing for signs of Legionnaires bacteria, which when inhaled can cause Legionnaires' disease, a severe form of pneumonia. Health officials point out that  the disease is not contagious, and it only kills those with already compromised immune systems. Although new cases have not been reported in the last four days, Mayor? says state and city health workers  are rushing to identify any more potentially hazardous buildings.
So it's really hard to from the scratch  figure out where they are, then get to them, then sample and inspect them, then disenfect them.
The serious cooling tower at the top of this hospital in the bronze is just one of the fifty-seven tested today. The mayor says he hopes to have the rest cooing towers in the dangerous zone tested by tomorrow.
