A special court has been looking into atrocity committed during the long running conflict between the Colonbian government and armed groups.


6.   The Dutch politicians have given an initially approval to a law that was hastily drafted to preserve a nationwide coronavirus curfew. The legislation was drawn up after a court said the curfew must be lifted. The caretaker prime minsiter M.R. says it will be very unwise to list it now.
