1.Facing the prospective of steep tariffs on signature US goods like motorbikes and Bourbon,  the Biden administration says it has reached a deal with the European Union to relax increasingly expensive at tenth trades standoff over steel and aluminium.NPR's G reports on the truth unveiled earlier today in Rome.
"In 2018, then President Donald Trump slap steep tariffs on European steel and aluminium. The EU retaliated by putting tariffs on US retail items until now, Biden has kept those tariffs in place frustrating European allies. Under the new agreement, the tariffs will remain in place bu the US will allow a certain amount of European steel and aluminium into the country tariff free. Officials can now provide what the exact quota would be when briefing reporter on the deal. In response ,European would drop the retail tariffs which has been set to jump a higher rates in December."

2. Children as younger as five year old are closer their effort to being eligible to get vaccinated against covid19. After the FDA authorized the phizer vaccine for kids yesterday. NPR's reports, there are a few more hurdles to be cleared.
"Shots won't be given out tickets until the CDC wage in which is scheduled to happen next week. On Tuesday, there is a meeting of outside scientists who are to advise the CDC on vaccines.They are going to vote on to who exactly the vaccine should be recommended for int eh 5-11 group. The final step is t he CDC director making an official recommendations but even when there will be a bit more waiting as white house coivd19 response coordinator told the NPR in an exclusive"While we hope the first set of kids started to get vaccinated at the end of next week, the bulk of vaccines will be in their locations by the week of November 8th.""

3.There is still no final vote on president Bidetn's social services and climate spending plan. The roughly 1.7 trillion dollar legislation is still on the democratic party drawing board as modest and left-wing members remained stopped. "congress woman PJ, the chair of the house progressive cogs says she endorsed the spending plan but is deeply disappointed that the paid family leave provision did not make the final cut."They are heart breaking, all the women here, all the families, paid-leave is not in the frame work of the present layout. "The spending package does not include measures to address climate change, housing shortages, education and health care. The stalemate between democrats has prevented the house form moving ahead with a vote on a separate bi-partisan infrastructure deal that passed the senate in August."

4. In Guatemala residents of an indigenous Maya community continued to denounce a government imposed state  of siege as M reports which is enacted after residents opposed to a local nickel mine clashed with police.
"The 60 day all state siege was declared at the K Maya town of I, located on the shores of G's largest lake I Lasab, local fishermen say the ration on Phoenix nickel mine pollutes the lake, the conflict goes back to decades, and erupted into a confrontation with the anti-riot police last week. Now public gathering are forbidden there are a dusk to dawn curfew and residents report police going door to door searching out mining opponents and local journalists. Human rights and other civic groups have taken out full page newspaper announce calling for a haul to the state of siege. The government says it's adhering to human rights protocols."

5. In the Antarctic an thin ice mass is getting a name. Great Britain has dubbed it the Glasgow glacier, the name are presenting the global significance of the world climate summit convening tomorrow in Glasgow Scotland. The glacier is one of a chain that split up in its melting by an average of 25% between 1994-2018 due to the climate change. More than 120 world leaders will be on hand as British PM Boris Johnson presides over the full formality of the first day of the COP26 summit. British called the gathering one of the world's last chances to keep alive the goal of limiting global warming.
